Best Greek food i have EVER consumed. I discovered this place 2 years ago when the Thai restaurant where i met a friend was closed on Wednesdays... we've been spending our Wednesdays at Yiasou ever since.

Absolutely incredible fresh and delicious. Homemade falafel and greek salad were perfect! They have a great little patio with beautiful flowers and umbrellas for coverage from the sun. Great service and dessert options.

I love how the owner greets his customers. The food is consistently delicious and the service is excellent. Yiasou is the best little Greek restaurant in the county. If you’re ever driving through Liberty, you should pay them a visit!

Very cool Greek place in Liberty, which is usually kind of a boring place for food. The plates are all huge, the owner friendly and welcoming. Loves my grilled halloumi (spelling?) salad and my kid had grilled salmon and loved it and the ginormous steak fries that came with it. The meat pie was also a huge hit, and it's also huuuge! The gyro was very solid I was told by kid2. They also had a really lovely garden terrace to eat in, as long as a storm wasn't imminent (which it was today). Will be back!

This restaurant is a hidden gem in the Catskills. From start to finish, the service and food were excellent. Our server brought out some freshly-baked bread to start, along with some olive oil and garlic. Our dinners were both delicious; my wife ordered chicken kabobs with rice and vegetables that came with a massive Greek salad on the side, while I had a Greek salad with broiled salmon. Everything was perfectly cooked. Needless to say, there are leftovers. Highly recommended.

If you’re lucky enough to stumble across this gem of a place, don’t hesitate to stop in. The food is delicious, generous portions, and the service is 10/10 - they’re quick, attentive, and very friendly! We ordered the halloumi salad as an appetizer to share, a falafel sandwich, and a chicken gyro platter. All was delicious but the real star of the show was the BAKLAVA! Wowza don’t miss that! The owner gives out good vibes, you can tell he loves and takes pride in his business. We live an hour away and will definitely be back!

Amazing! Such a great little Greek restaurant! We were in town for business and rushed to the restaurant, making it there about 7:10 (they close at 8) thinking they would be starting to close up, but they were super busy. Chose a table (out of the two that were available) and ordered a beer from the chalk board. They had a decent selection, not huge but wide ranging. Next a very nice older gentleman brought homemade bread with amazing soft butter, Soo fresh and tasty! (highly recommended to have some with your salad. I decided to ordered the chicken Slovaki with a Greek salad and it was a feast! Very impressed with the food quality and the friendly service! Prices were totally reasonable given the experience too. Will definitely be stopping back by the next time we're in town!
